Description: Cyanotis arachnoidea 'Tampicana' is an especially attractive member of the spiderwort family. It has thick, fleshy, green and purple foliage and produces beautifully delicate small lavender flowers. It has a very nice cascading habit and would look great in a hanging basket. It is also an excellent drought-tolerant groundcover for South Florida. Performs well in full sun to part shade and well draining soil.
