Description: A dwarf clustering palm native to the subtropical forests of Southeast Asia and southern China. The leaves are bipinnate with fishtail-shaped leaflets, hence the common name Dwarf Fishtail Palm. It has slender trunks and will reach a maximum height of 10 ft. It makes an outstanding low screen or container plant. Prefers partial shade to filtered sun and moist, well-draining soil.
