Description:
A very rare, ornamental plant with large palmate leaves and unique ridges at the base of the petioles. It can reach 10 ft or more tall and tends to have a small tree or shrub habit. The inflorescence is impressive and consists of a large circular cluster of distinctive flowers. It is native to New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. Performs best in filtered bright light and moist soil.
